When you eat a meal or snack do you drink a beverage with it? For some reason I neeed to drink when eating. I drink at least 2 full glasses of water during dinner.

I'm the same. I have something to drink with me at all times, and especially when eating.

I also use to drink 2 glasses of water during meals.  I've cut down to one. I don't know why.. I just feel thirsty when I eat. LOL

I always drink water or some sort of juice.  I also have coffee with breakfast and usually a diet coke with lunch.

I drink a TON of water (about 120oz a day)-- I'm constantly peeing.

I used to not drink more than 16 oz of anything during the day.  Now I make myself drink 50+ ounces of water!

yes, I do. I honestly have a drink in front of me all day (usually water) and then have something flavored with dinner (milk, juice, or soda).
