Question about prof. pics.

If you go to one of those mall places can you use the image to make a Christmas card? I want to send out a photo card, but don't know if it worth it to have one professionally done, or just try to get a good one ourselves?

You usually have to buy a pretty big portrait package to get a CD.  I would probably just do it myself unless you planned on having pictures made anyway.

Yeah you'd need to buy enough to get the CD.  I'm thinking of doing this though, since we're planning to bring him to PI for Xmas portraits anyway.  But I'm also considering being good and just buying the $9.99 package, and then taking our own photos for the holiday cards.  Haven't decided yet!

PI also sells the picture xmas cards! Actually the 9.99 package includes like 5 cards but I dunno the cost to buy more of them.

1st year Cam was 6 weeks and I got the cards at PI.  Can't remember the cost.  Last year I used their CD and had an Etsy seller, mammakins, create the card.  They turned out really cute.
