Disney Store sizing question

The costume I like is from there.  Does anyone know how they run?

    Hope this helps.  DS wears comfortably 12-18mos in baby GAP and ON but I ordered his Mickey Mouse Costume from Disney and got a 2T and it is borderline tight.  Not sure I can fit the winter coat on underneath.  They have a sizing chart and I looked up his weight and height and went with the 2T. So IMO they run small.
