I hate that the weight you get at the doctor's office includes all your clothes, plus whatever you've had to eat/drink that day  I know, I know, it's the rate of weight gain, not necessarily the actual number that matters but it's very disheartending to have up to a 4 pound difference from my scale to theirs

Oh mine.. is usually 10 lbs heavier at the Doc's office. I just ignore it when I am at the doc's office. I am sensitive enough about it.

I always take my shoes and sweater off.  They say, thats not necessary and I tell them, yes it is  :  )

I try not to look! My scale at home and the dr's scale is about 8 lbs off!!! I am wearing a tank, shorts and flips next time
