Lately, whenever I try to go poop, my heart starts beating really fast and I get dizzy.  Not very fun!  I know pregnancy changes things, but I should be able to go potty without fear of passing out on the john!

    It's called Vasalva (spelling)... When you bear down it slows your heart rate, and when you relax it speeds up.  Try not to strain at all if possible.  Drink lots of fluids and talk to your doctor!

    Start taking a stool softner. It wil be your new best friend. Colace is safe for pg. I took it almost every day of my second pg.
