NBR : Job help

I know this board is focused on babies, but I am desperate and willing to look anywhere.

DH was told yesterday that his contract is ending anytime between now and Nov. 30th. With me not working and little in savings we are panicking!

Anyone hiring or know of anyone that is hiring for Sales/Account Management/Inside Sales positions? Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Check craigslist.  I've seen "inside sales" several times... didn't pay any attention, because it's not what i'm looking for, but it's a start, anyway!  Good luck!

Since you mentioned account management, look into Attorneys or Trustees who handle bankruptcy. My MIL is a paralegal for a Trustee and they just hired someone to do just that because she is so overloaded with work.

are you looking for any industry in particular?  i'll rack my brain and see what i can come up with.

in the meantime: www.indeed.com (they gather from all the sites)

my other favorite is www.theladders.com (you can register for free and get limited access but gives you a good insight as to what's out there, they are also for jobs that are in the 100k range)

Thanks for the dust and suggestions. I don't think DH is particular in what he wants. He is a fast learner and VERY eager to find a "career" as opposed to a "job". He only took the contract job because we were both laid off and expecting a baby....

What kind of work is he/was he doing now?  I am in the financial industry and often hear of positions so if I hear of anything inside sales related  I"ll let you know.  Is relocation an option?
