At 37.5 weeks, baby is 7lbs, in the 55th percentile. I am 4cm dilated and the doctor said "The baby's head is very low" and "you could go at any time"

It's ok Meg. I was at 4cm for a week and a half with DS so it may not mean much for me. I'm not in much of a hurry for him to come actually. Right now is the quiet before the storm!
