I've heard it mentioned on here before, but if you've had it, can you describe it at all? What does it feel like? I'm trying to pinpoint if what I feel could be it... Thanks!
I get these hot poker pains in what feels like my cervix. It scared the bejeezus out of me the first few times. I asked my OB at my last appointment and he said it is most likely just my muscles shifting to accomodate my uterus and it is causing some pulling in that area. He wasn't concerned.

2IF does not always equal 3IF...Surprise!
Exactly what Anna said. Very quick and quickly gone but sometimes I have it happen a few times over the course of an hour or so, then not again for a few days to a week.
Its actually RLP according to my doc. The round ligament goes all the way down there, so its just an extension pain of the stretching so its nothing to worry about.
