Tell me about your pre-op appt

Just curious what your pre-op/c-section appt was like?

I have mine on Friday, and my c-section is scheduled for Monday.  They said I'd prob have bloodwork, meet with anesthesiology, and discuss the "rules" (like no eating for 12 hours beforehand).  Just wondering what yours was like, or anything I should know (like how long it took).  They scheduled me for right in the middle of the day, which is fine but it's nice to have an idea of what to expect.

    They do bloodwork , have you pee in a cup and discuss anesthesia with you.

    Then they discuss the "rules' like you said, NPO after midnight the night before, wash in antibacterial soap the morning of

    that's about it
