36+ weekers, come in!

Just wondering what everyone's progress was (if they had an internal) at 36 weeks.

I was -3 station and 50% effaced last week, and this week -2 station and 60% effaced! I'm excited. :]

I haven't had any yet, but maybe tomorrow; that's my 37 week appointment.  I'm not sure when they start them (it's on my list of questions).

But I got a quick u/s last week that confirmed he is head down, so that made me happy. 

It's getting so exciting!

At my 36w0d appt on Monday, I was 1 cm & 50% effaced. Not bad for 36 weeks...it's a start. I'm ok if I stay this way for a couple more weeks...I'm a NICU nurse so I'd rather the baby stay in for a little longer!

I have an appointment this morning so we'll see, but as of last week (37w4days) there was no progress.  Baby is heads down though...

At 36 weeks, I was 1 cm and 50% effaced, at 37 weeks I was 3 cm and 75%.  I have an appointment this morning, so we will see....

At 36 week appt. I was an "easy 1" and 50% effaced. She didn't say what station, just that he was still pretty high. Didn't have an internal at 37 weeks b/c I saw a different doc in the practice and she didn't do one. I should find out more on Friday.

At 36 weeks I was 1cm.  I wasn't effaced but she said I was "soft" and there were certainly some changes going on.  Baby is head down so that is great!

zero progress as of Tue. I guess baby is really comfy inside!

We scheduled a C-Section for at exactly 38 weeks so no internals for me.

  No internals yet, but everyone thinks I have dropped.  Baby is head down at least.

He told me that I was "a little bit" dilated and my cervix was getting softer. Nothing in terms of numbers. I'm ok with that. I'm skipping the internal next week and we'll see what 38 weeks brings.

At my 37 week appt I was a fingertip and he said he could feel the baby's head.  Does that mean she's low??

I didn't get an exam at 38 weeks and I forgot to ask if I was effaced! I have my 39th week appt on Monday where I'll have another exam!

No internals for me yet but I have an appt. today so we will see.

My doctor doesn't do internals until you're overdue.  She will consider doing them before then if you request it, though.  I'm getting a S&S at my appointment tomorrow afternoon, so I'll know what progress I've made then.  I'm crossing my fingers that I get super lucky and am, like, 5cm dilated!
