OHM NOMNOMNOM..... who's comin' over for some baking?

I. Am. Going. Stir. Crazy. 

 

I've been off work with HBP and swelling/protiens on and off... not allowed to do much of ANYTHING. Baby should be here by now.. UGH.

 

So, The house is clean, laundry is caught up, I've made dinners for the guys to heat up and have for the first couple of weeks... made sure the frigde and freezer is stocked....

 

And today... I put betty crocker to shame! I have 2 dozen Oatmeal pumpkin muffins finishing up, made a pumpkin walnut loaf... and have a HUGE pan of brown-sugar/cinnoman apple crisp waiting to go in...

MMMMmmmmm

 

When everything is done, I'll put home made meatballs and sauce in the crock pot for tonight's spaghetti supper..

 

So who's comin over?

holy crap!  you did all that?  I'm not on bed rest or any restrictions, and I can't even get through cooking dinner a couple times a week without taking a 30 min. break halfway through!  I won't even talk about the cleaning!

LOL the cleaning and laundry have been kept up since I've been done work.. You know you're bored when you start LOOKING for things to clean. >_<

 

The dinners and fridge/freezer stuff I've done over the past couple of weeks.. I'll make something, but make extra so I can put it in the freezer as a 3 serving meal..

 

The baking was impulsive today.. LOL I'm trying to get this little munchkin moving! Tonight would be a GREAT night to go into labour, everything caught up and clean, fresh baking done... all I need to do is soak in the tub for a while later and shave my legs..

But of course.. nothing will happen. :S frustrating.

I am going to attempt to bake today. First time ever! I am not a cook but so bored as well. I am on leave just waiting for the little guy and our cleaning lady has been coming so nothing to clean. I will have to try out a pumpkin recipe too.
