How to care for your LO when you are sick..

So usually you try to keep sick people away from your baby-but what if YOU'RE the one sick? I am a SAHM & obviously can't avoid DS. I can clearly see he has a cold as well & is all stuffy now. Other than washing my hands & not breathing on him is there any other advice so in future if I am sick I can avoid getting him sick?

do you BF?  if so, that will help a lot.  you create antibodies specific to what you (and he) are fighting.

I do both BF & FF. DS's weight is low so doing more FF now.
