ok i make mine with a package of spaghetti, shredded chicken, one green pepper, one onion, one can of cream of chicken, once can of cream of mushroom, one to two cans rotel (depending on how spicy you want it) and a block of velveeta.
preheat oven to 350 then i boil the water for the pasta and add it. in a seperate pani sweat the pepper and onion in olive oil then add the chicken to brown/heat. i then add the 2 soups and mix well. then i add the rotel (or two, and i drain most of the juice out. i cube the velveeta and add some of it to the warm saute pan to melt. once the pasta is done, i drain the pasta, put it back in the pan and add the meat/rotel mixture and stir. i put it in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min or until bubbling.
i did this from memory, i have the recipie somewhere on my old computer and i havent transferred my recipies to this one yet...
