portrait studio recommendations

Hi!

We are planning to visit family in the area (Springfield, VA) and were planning to take advantage of being in the "big city" to get baby photos taken.  Does anyone have any recommendations of places to go or specific people to see.  We were thinking of something like sears portrait studio to give you a price range.

There's a place called Portrait Innovations in Fairfax.  While I haven't been there, people seem to be pleased with them....

We went to Portrait Innovations and were really pleased.  Turned out better than I expected.  Personally, I think sticking with a black background looks the nicest.  I've also heard Target is good, but I think there is only one Target in the area that does photos.

I really liked DD's pictures we had taken at Portrait Innovations.  You can look up thier website for pricing information.  You get your pictures that day too.

The same day thing is a good point.

We usually go to JCPenney... since they are close to our house (pic in siggy) but, it takes 10 days to get the photos back.
