Hi Ladies

I remember a while back there being a lot of talk about carter's clothing and sending it back and getting money back from them. I tried finding the information on here but I couldn't. Can anyone enlighten me? Something about the tags and it being recalled. I am wondering what clothing it is and how I go about sending it back and getting money back.
