head bobbing/playing while BF?

hi, ladies. I'm Jess - my daughter is almost 2 weeks old, and over the last several days, while BF has been unlatching, bobbing her head and then latching again to eat.  has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, E does this a lot, but I don't have any insight for you, only conjecture.  Sometimes I think it's because he's too wound-up to settle down, because he doesn't do it all the time, but other times I think it must be recoil from strong let-down.
