I really like Naomi. Can't say I've ever seen the other spelling. No, I don't think it's trendy right now and it goes well with your DD's name.

Depends on your background and the language your family speaks, IMO. In my Spanish-speaking family, I would go for Noemi, which is actually the name of one of my great aunts. It sounds a lot prettier than Naomi in Spanish.

Pronounced differently, right? I think Noemi is adorable and Naomi is pretty. I don't think that they are trendy but I might be out of touch.

Naomi is a Biblical name and it isn't trendy. I've never heard of Noemi. I think Naomi is beautiful and isn't popular.

LOVE Naomi. It's Biblical and therefore in my mind more timeless than trendy.

I've never seen the name Noemi so I'm going to go ahead and say it isn't trendy either.

Definitely Naomi. I'd say Noemi as No-mee, which makes me think of the character in Showgirls. Naomi is very pretty and uncommon.
