Anyone have this?

Lately when I've been sleeping (since I have to sleep on my sides now) I'll wake up and sometimes my arms/fingers will be asleep (likely from one of them being above my head for long periods of time)

This is making my neck tight.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can 1. not make my arms fall asleep and 2. get a better nights sleep?

  • My arms always fall asleep too.  I usually switch sides everytime I wake up.

  • Get a body pillow or snoogle or something of the sort and hug it while you're sleeping instead of putting your arms over your head.

I just bought a Snoogle a few days ago and it's worth every.single.penny. I can actually sleep comfortably now!

  • I have the same thing happen when I roll away from my body pillow.  It really does help, otherwise I am up ever hour or so with tingly fingers
  • I have the same issue and have been trying different things with pillows to help.  Seems if I hug a pillow it will keep my arms down and not above my head which helps.
