I have my first one.  I have no idea what to do, but it hurts and I hate wearing glasses.

I had one before and a warm compress made it feel better.  I had drops for it, don't rub it or try to pop it.

I was just at the drs last week for one.  He told me to wash it with a little bit of baby shampoo on a q-tip, rinse it well, then hold a warm compress on it.  I did that twice a day and it was nearly gone in 2 days.  I hate wearing my glasses too.
