I kinda like it- I knew a Byron in HS. He was a bit nerdy...but also funny. It's a nice fresh name compared to others out there today and goes well w/ your son.
It sounds dorky to me even though I know a guy named Byron who is most definitely not dorky. The name doesn't fit him IMO. I love your DS's name! I don't think Byron fits with Colin's name.

Currently watching football, so I think Byron Leftwich when I see that. Good quarterback, so not nerdy. I don't love the name, but I don't dislike it either.

I have a friend named Byron, one of the nicest guys ever.... That name gives me warm fuzzies
