Is there a way to fix this?

DS keeps bumping his head on the sides of his crib tops and its causing scratches and bruising (along with screaming & crying). Is there something i can put on the rails of the crib to "soften the blow" i guess to say?

TTC since 01/2011 ~ Our baby grew wings on 11/10/11 at 5w
