TMI: Nest MD diagnose me please!

DH had an upset stomach yesterday morning, but then he seemed to feel better yesterday.  Last night I woke up with horrendous stomach cramps and spent about an hour on the toilet.  This morning my stomach is still killing me and so is DH's.  I also feel like I might throw up.  Did he give me a stomach bug?  Is that contagious?  Should I be at work??

    sounds like a bug. dh and i had a similar one a few months ago. it was bad. go home lady!

    Sounds like a bug. DH and I both had one like that a few months ago. No vomiting, but horrible stomach cramping and diarrhea. Go home!
