Obviously the report wasn't back yet?  Wonder why she was so mean.  If they make appointments it's not like they have a lot to do.  She's probably already balanced out, etc.  I used to work for urgent care and we never got upset if someone called but it pissed us off if a patient walked in 10 minutes before close because they had a problem (headache, fever, possible ear infection, etc) for the last 5 hours.  The medical assistants were the ones who really got mad.  I didn't care because I couldn't balance payments until the door was locked anyway...just in case.  lol
