It must be pregnancy, cause I am thirsty ALL the time!!! Doesn't matter how much I drink, I always feel parched. The worst is waking up at night and having the dry mouth. That and the peeing wakes me up!

The first seven weeks I was literally drinking a gallon a day and still feeling thirsty. It had nothing to do with 'forcing' myself to drink water - I craved it.
Now I'm the exact opposite - water makes me puke. Have a tall glass of H2O for all those of us who can't right now!
I noticed the thirst before I noticed the bump! In fact, the thirst + the missed period sent me to the pregnancy test. I am drinking about 100 oz a day.
That's funny you posted this because I was wondering the same thing. I am drinking my city in to a drought I'm sure. I'm always so dehydrated just before bed and just after waking up!! I'm so tired to drinking water, but I feel like I need to have it all the time...
I have to drink a lot more now...sometimes I really am thirsty and craving it, but really it's because if I don't drink enough I wake up with an awful headache in the morning.
There was one day that I kept drinking water and my mouth was still SO dry.. I finally switched and had a vitamin water... I think it was "multi".. it's got the blue label and tastes kind of like lemonade... a few sips of that and my mouth was no longer dry!
I must've been low on some kind of vitamin or something.

I'm thirsty all of the time too -- especially at night which sucks b/c then I'm waking up to pee all night, but I can't get enough water.
Good Question!
Yep, I'm always drinking water too.
