Why am I breaking out so badly? Why????

It was this bad in first tri. Took a pregnancy test last week - nope. Negativo. I'm on an IUD.

I honestly feel like my skin was great when I was on the mini pill, and only now that I'm off it am I breaking out.

What gives? My tried and true skincare routine isn't cutting it anymore. I use Cetaphil antibacterial soap with Purpose lotion and benzoyl peroxide spot treatment as needed.

any suggestions? I'm 27. I don't want a pizza face!

I have PCOS and it makes me look worse than a 13 year old kid. Its horrible. Nothing EFF helps - need real drugs here!

Pre-pregnancy I used Metrogel on my face and it worked wonders. I still have some (not sure if it's expired or not) but I think it's in the unknown class for breastfeeding. Like it's probably safe but they don't know, so I haven't used it yet.
