how is feedback 100% when seller has negatives?

this etsy seller has neutrals and negatives and her fb is 100%. i don't get it.

it its like ebay, the negitive and neutral only count aginst you precentage for 60 or 90 days

i think b/c it's a percentage so b/c she has over 3,000 feedbacks, 6 negatives won't move that 100% down.  and neutrals don't affect percentage.

And honestly...6 negatives is nothing when she had that many transactions.  There are really some people that will never be happy.  Ever.

i have ordered from her before, but she's not very quick to convo. that's why i looked at her fb to see if others had the same issue. no biggie, though:)
