How do I merge several pdfs into one doc? We switched to 2007 and I'm not familiar with it.

This may not help at all, but can you export your PDF's to a different format, combine them all, then export document back to a PDF?

It depends if you have adobe reader or writer.  If you have two documents open, you can choose to view the pages of both documents (vertically or horizontally), and then drag over the pages you want.
