NAR- dessert ideas?

We're going to a family bbq/ camping trip this weekend, and I am bringing dessert.  Anyone have any great ideas that don't have to be kept really cold- as we have to drive a couple of hours and then it will be in a cooler? 

Bonus points if you can think of something that a) doesn't involve me turning on the oven as it is toasty here and b) doesn't have dairy since DH is lactose intolerant (chocolate and some butter is generally okay though)

I like Oreo Fudge Bars.  They are very chocolatey but OMG, soooo good!  Here's the recipe (you do have to turn the oven on though).  You might also find other dessert recipes on her blog...everything I've tried of hers I've loved.
