Pregnant after a Loss

**SPC2007**

Hey! I was just reading your post about not feeling a lot of kicks. I have had the same worries since I started feeling my little guy move, but it's totally normal. Remember that he's still really small and while he is moving a lot we just don't feel all of it. This morning I actually used my doppler because I hadn't felt him in about 24 hours. Sure enough he was in there moving around (I could hear the swooshes and thumps in the doppler) but I felt nothing!! At this point we won't feel anything consistent or even every day. I also read in WTEWYE that babies, just like us, have quiet/blah days too where they just don't feel like moving a whole lot. I totally wouldn't fret about it. Even though we think we feel it all we don't. It sucks!!

  • Thanks for posting this Cora - I've been worrying all day today too so it's nice to hear this happens to everyone!

  • Thanks Cora!!  These are the days that I wish I did end up getting a doppler.  I am going to try to relax tonight and see if I can feel anything.

    Thanks again!!!

  • Thanks for posting this. It's easy to forget that. I was so worried last night because I hadn't felt Vivian move in a while and I usually feel her several times throughout the day. She reassured me this morning as I was laying in bed with several big good morning kicks. It's just so hard not to worry when they decide to take a break for a while.
