My friend just brought her 12 mth old to get his shots.  The dr called my friend back to give her results for one of the tests and found that her baby had been given all 6 shots for a 2yr old bc the nurse looked at the wrong chart. 

Screw ups with shots has been linked to autism and can wait to show signs til years later, so I highly reccommend to double check the shots that are being put into your child before they are administered.  All my friend can do now is pray that nothing happens.  Stupid morons.

This is also why I don't allow them to do 6 shots at a time!!! ugh!! I prefer a delayed shot schedule and fewer at a time.
