When I was a baby and was first learning to walk holding onto things, I was walking against the wall and pushed on the door to the trailer in which was NOT completely shut. I fell out onto some shale(Use to live in PA) and it split my head open.

Had to get 8 staples. Now I have a wonderful little scar that loves to ruin all of my pictures! Ahhhh...Engagement shots on Aug. 8th! Thank God Photographers have magic powers to removed blemishes!!

When I was 5, I was playing on the trampoline in our tiny backyard. It was rectangular and I was was walking and dancing around the frame. I managed to jump and fall onto the gate latch in a straddle position. Ouch. I had to have surgery and luckily it didn't do any permanent damage.

3 years later, I did a double back flip on a trampoline in class, fell through the springs, and landed on my head. I had a severe concussion. No more trampolines for me.

Not really that interesting but....

I am a sixth generation Californian and my kids are 7th generation.  My family came here from Ireland in the 1830's for the Alaskan gold rush and ended up homesteading in central CA. The "homestead post" is still standing on our ranch.

You can't get anymore Texan than me! I am an 8th generation Texas & DS is a 9th. Also, Jim Bowie (died at the Alamo) is an uncle of mine & I am also related to Santa Anna (thru Jim Bowie). My uncle is James K Polk who annexed Texas!

Now I'm the nerd.  That is so awesome!

I am from TX and call it home and this is AWESOME!

When I was little I was obsessed with pillow tags, I had a bin of them and my mom used to have to pin one on my clothes because I loved the way they feel.

I am also legally blind in my left eye so I have to wear glasses all the time.

I've been falling asleep to the 'Friends' TV series almost every night for the past 8 years.  I have all ten seasons on DVD and have had to replace four of the because they were worn out (strangely enough it was seasons 4, 6, 8, and 10).

Also, when I was 7, I didn't realize I had lost my two front teeth until my best friend pointed it out to me - after I had finished my PB&J sandwich.  Yum!

I know the Greek alphabet and can say it 3 times fast (BEFORE a small match burns out) :O) True story!

I am a first generation American (my parents are from former Czechoslovakia and my first language was Czech!)

I have also travelled completely around the world - did Semester at Sea (that trip they did on Road Rules way back in the day, I wasn't on that one but the one a few years later).

 I am a makeup addict, and love anything by MAC!
