My pump has a compartment that is insulated - if I add freezer packs would that keep BM cold enough until I go home? (I am working full time).  Today I just put the bottles with my lunch bag in the fridge since I didn't really think ahead for that one..thanks!

Yes, the freezer pack should be fine.  But, I always just put the whole thing in the fridge (with the freezer pack too).

Yes. That should be fine. I keep my milk in a cooler with freezer packs the entire day. I used the fridge at work when I first returned from leave.  However, after forgetting to pick up the milk at the end of the day a couple of times, I decided to keep it in a cooler in my bag.  I have had no problems doing this.

I bring my lunch in an insulated bag. Then after I pump at lunch I put the milk in the lunch bag and put it back in the fridge.  It stays plenty cold in there and on the 30 minute ride home.
