If you are doing/did a yellow nursery

would you mind posting some pics? We are going to paint the walls in our nursery yellow and I'm not really sure what designs go with it, curtains, color of paint, etc. Even unfinished ones would be great to look at. What type/color of yellow paint did you end up using?

Or if you know of a website that features nurseries, would you share the link?

I'm a big fan of the old fashioned gingham look, so we thought about doing yellow walls and green gingham blankets, curtains, etc.  I also kind of like the idea of doing a green jungle theme with the yellow walls, or to get away from the green a little bit, if you do a light yellow on the walls you can do like a cool savanah/african plains type thing with all those animals.  I'm still brainstorming, obviously.  :P

Sooo glad you posted this!!! I just picked up paint swatches yesterday! I found adorable bedding in pale yellow and green with bumblebees on Ebay. If it is a girl (we will know in 45 minutes!) this is the theme we will be going with. Yellow is a tricky paint color, so I am def. looking for some recommendations!  Good Luck!

i am planning on doing a nursery with yellow, mint green/robins egg blue and pink or purple (or maybe another color, haven't decided)... i really like the combo.

we are having a girl, so maybe some images are a bit girlier than you want for gender neutral, but there are a couple boys rooms in there too, because i don't like super gendered baby rooms... anyways.

All the walls are yellow except that half wall in light blue.  We used Whisper Yellow and Windwood Spring by Behr.  We are having a boy, and the nursery is being done with the theme of owls.

We picked up some paint from Home Depot and are going to get to work tomorrow.  We chose a Disney Paint (which is still a Behr base), I think it's called BaBee Yellow.  We're on Team green as well so I think we'll just try to do lots of green and blue accessories etc. if it's a boy.  I also don't think the baby will care and we'll probably get a whole bedroom set and change things at late toddler age anyway:)
