What do I do with these

chicken breasts?? They've been in the fridge for 48 hours...is it ok to make tonight? What about putting them back in the freezer?

You can make them tonight, but don't refreeze them.

Yea it should be fine to make tonight. Don't put them back in the freezer though.

i've always been too nervous to re-freeze meat, but i'm not sure that its really an issue.  i would still use them after 48 hours, but thats just me.

Yea, you can't re-freeze.  Cook 'em!  Chicken spaghetti maybe?  Or fajitas!  Did you ever get to finish your lunch?

I have the best recipe.

lemon honey chicken

flatten the breast and lightly flour

put 1/4 oil in pan and fry

in saucepan put 1 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup sugar 

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Boil Then in a cup mix 1 TBS of corn starch and 2 TBS of cold water ADD to boiling mixure...mix till thick then pour on cooked chicken

Garnet, I did finally get to finish it around 3pm! Not near as good as in the restaurant though, but thanks for boxing it up for me!
