Was 7 pounds your final loss for the week?  Today is my weigh in day and I lost 4.4 pounds.  So far, it seems we are both on the right track.

Even though you and I signed up the same day last week, I didn't start it until Monday.  I knew I wouldn't be grocery shopping until Sunday.  But, I did just now realize that even though I didn't start until Monday, my WW week online starts over today.  I guess I can switch up what's in my own mind though and go with what's online to stay on track though.

Actually just Monday to Thursday.

It says all my stuff will reset on Monday so I'm just going to stick with that then.
