Explain to me the name 'Justin Case'.....

Because seriously, I don't get why people use this name.  

"Oh, well we had him just in case the other one died one day...."

Why do this to your poor child?

(I don't think anyone on this board used this name but maybe you know someone and can explain any other reason for using it).

It's kind of like naming your kid Johnson Johnson. You know, so they don't have to remember too much.

So funny you posted this! Someone on another Bump board used this name and I was thinking the exact thing! I know everyone has different tastes (many do not like my youngest DS name), but I wondered if they meant to do this.

When I was PG with DS I told my Dad I liked the name Justin (we do not have a last name like that) and he said Justin Time.  Ok, name ruined.
