Rash on bubbies?

Anyone have a rash-like redness around nipple on bbs?  Particularly one side is incredibly itchy at times and I noticed yesterday that it is red where it itches.  Is this normal?  Also, I have some peeling in the nipple area and I make sure to use lotion every morning (Palmers stretch mark stuff)
