Anyones pee cloudy when they first get up?

Mine is more concentrated and darker in color first thing.....from not drinking as much at night.

No, because I wake up 50 million times to pee! I always drink something when I wake up too. lol!

I'm sure it's because you're a little dehydrated from not drinking all night.

Sometimes my pee is a little cloudy. Sometimes it's REALLY cloudy. Most of the time it's pretty clear. I've narrowed it down to either dehydration or something I ate (maybe dairy?).

Mine is not usually cloudy. Have you been tested for a UTI? Maybe the cramps you've been having and the cloudy urine are related. Not trying to worry you even more, but they are both symptoms.

Yep, mine is every morning. I always thought it was from the PNV that I take before bed. It is always cloudy and I am usually fairly hydrated. I think it's normal and common. I have seen a few previous posts on the topic.
