turkey wraps (sorry Laura!!) if I pack - well it's not my favorite, but it's what I eat. haha. My favorite? like if I could eat anything? probably Skyline chili, Chipotle, Panera, and Lean Cousine. (I'm really hungry right now.)
When I was pregnant I generally ate leftovers from dinner (so like pizza, spaghetti, chicken, etc.), or PB&J with some sides like fruit, yogurt, granola, etc.
When i was pregnant, I ate PB&J all the time. I usually take my lunch, so before being pg it was lunch meat sandwiches - so I can sympathize. Or - I'd eat leftovers. I almost always had fruit with my lunches and I would eat granola bars, an apple, dried fruit, or the like for my morning and afternoon snacks.
I'm with the other girls...I'm so very excited for you!!!!

I eat PB&J all the time .... if you can find really good jam or make them with honey (or honey+jam ... mmm) ... they can be very delish.
Now that I've had Paige: turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, serving of fruit, and a couple cookies (15g of carbs worth). I had no idea how much I missed turkey sandwiches until I had her and then started eating them again!!
When I was pregnant: leftover chicken on two slices of whole grain bread, leftover serving of veggies, and a serving of fruit or small serving of something sweet (a couple pieces of chocolate, a jello pudding pop, etc).
Yup, I was one of those girls that never ate lunch meat during her pregnancy. I know the trimester boards rip the heck out of girls who don't, but whatever, it's my baby and my decision!! :-)
I try to aim for every lunch having a protein, a traditional carb (bread/rice/pasta), a veggie or fruit, and something (small) sweet. :-)
I can't eat lunchmeat because of the preservatives (except prosciutto, which is totally worth the migraine EVERY time), so this one's easy
Salads with stuff--adding olives, feta (or are you staying away from soft cheese too?), pine nuts and spices to a big bowlfull of romaine and spinach is yummy. Cranberries, walnuts, and pears is another fun set of toppings for leafy greens.
Pasta salads--some combination of cheeses, peas, carrots, pine nuts, shredded rotisserie chicken if I want meat, spinach, celery, etc is nice and cool but filling enough for when it's warm.
Grilled cheese on flavored bread; if you need soup to go with it, gazpacho is great for summer.
My DH showed me a "safe" way to have the lunch meat: You heat it up in a small frying pan (or microwave) It's great on toasted bread (like a grilled cheese with meat!)

When I was in college at IU, they used to have this cafe called Flamingo's near foster, and they made the best grilled turkey and cheese where they cooked the turkey on the grill first. Yummy!
Sometimes during the school year they'd make these containers that would have carrots, celery, cheese, crackers, fruit, peanut butter, and ranch dressing. I also love hummus with either veggies or pita crisps. Red baron thin & crispy microwave pizzas are a favorite of mine--especially the Hawaiian one.

That said, I'm a Lean Cuisine addict. Yes the sodium content isn't great (25-30% of your daily allowance) but I drink a lot of water so I figure that offsets it. Eating a 300 cal LC is better than getting some fatty sandwich and fries somewhere, I figure.

Re: What do you typically have for lunch?
Hmmm. Usually leftovers, really. Salads, sometimes.
Today, I had a packet of Lipton Chicken Fried Rice. Pretty good.
Can I just add that I'm still SO FREAKING EXCITED for you?! Haha

Honestly, you can probably still have lunch meat. Just be hyper vigilant about it being fresh. It's more of a risk to you than to the baby.
On the other hand, I totally get being better safe than sorry. Ditto the pasta salad suggestion as well as leftovers. I also ate lots of PB&J.
I have PG friends who still eat lunch meat.
