Newborn Photographer rec's?
I want to schedule someone to come to our house to take pics of the new little man when he arrives (8/6), but I can't afford to spend a small fortune this time around 
I'm hoping to pay a flat fee for time/CD of our pics rather than pay for individual pics (this is where the arm and the leg come in!). Any recommendations in the area??

My friend specializes in maternity and newborn photography- we are going to get pics with her after our little one is born...

She's in Ellicott City area and I'm sure she would travel to you and give you the rights etc. She also has a facebook page advertising her work under the same name!
I highly recommend my photographer and friend, Ashley Layfield www.ashleylayfieldphotography.com She will come to your home (or if like me you don't want to clean) you can meet on location. I did a maternity shoot in Annapolis - I even brought the dog! She is soo patient and really does amazing work. I have seen her work on newborn to senior portraits, engagement, wedding, and then family photos. Her prices are reasonable, she will work with you if you want to buy the CD and but even when you do buy individual pics it is not an arm and a leg. Ask about her canvas stuff - they are gorgeous! Tell her I sent ya!

Two friends of mine have used Kim Flores and had absolutely beautiful photos and recommended her to me as she was easy to work with. She also does a maternity/newborn special if you're interested in having some pictures of you pregnant and then your newborn. Her website is:
