just venting ok....
So we finally talked to a human. We told her that this happens numerous times with this driver and frankly getting sick and tired of it. She is trying really hard to get the package delivered but cant make any guantees since the driver already left for the day. She has started the paperwork for us to file a complaint and to get our overnight fees refunded. She also said if delivery cant happen today that she will leave the package for us to pick up tomorrow morning since we are going out of town for the weekend.
Now why cant UPS drivers be as helpful and nice as their customer service reps???????
