Alva Baby?

We are blessed with a surprise LO and I need to pick up more cloth diapers I was going to just get more Charlie Banana but saw Alva Baby online at Amazon they are so much cheaper! Not to mention some of the prints are pretty cute. Everyone we know thinks we are nuts for CD so no one can really give us any reviews on this brand so I was hoping you guys could let me know if they were decent diapers or not. TIA

I've used them very successfully for a year and a half on my chunky monkey. They make up most of my stash. You'll get mixed reviews on them just like you will with any brand. I always recommend them to friends to try since they are so cheap, it's not a huge loss if they don't work for you. I will say though, invest in their bamboo inserts, the MF alone only lasted DD until about 5 months old.

I'm glad someone asked this! I was wondering how they were also. I need to buy more CD's since we are expecting #2. I want to order the 20 pack from alvababy.com but wasn't sure how they held up. I'm currently using some Diaper Safari CD's (which I LOVE) and some that are sun babies. I have about 25 diapers in y current stash. Both of those are working wonderfully but I feel like I can't pass up the alva deal! So anymore input would be fantastic!

I love my Alvas. I get a great fit with them now, but they didn't fit my skinny baby until about 4 months. I use their blend or charcoal bamboo inserts in almost all my diapers.

I like them, and second the bamboo inserts.  I would recommend ordering from alvababy directly or from superstash.net, loads cheaper than Amazon.
