Where would you go for some good ribs?

I want ribs tonight, where is the best place in your opinion?

I live in the Miami area, but if you want to tell me your favorite anyway, even if not here that is great too.

  • No help at all for you, but we have a little hole in the wall called Charred Rib here.  It's amazing.

Do you guys have a Texas De Brazil nearby?  It's not ribs but it's sooooooo yummy!

  • Texas Roadhouse....I don't think you have those in your area though!

I have already found the best bbq sauce in the world so I just buy ribs from Costco and make them myself.

BBQ sauce is Mo's Sweet Carolina

  • My favorite local place is Billy McHales.

Is there a Chili's in Miami? Chili's ribs aren't too bad.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ribs at Outback
  • Do you rib city there? I live in FL and where we are those are the best.
  • I was CRAVING BBQ for the last week or so, so I went to this place called Armadillo Willy's and got me a chopped brisket sandwich. I wanted BBQ like they have back home (Oklahoma/Texas), with it being spicy and sweet at the same time but sadly I was disappointed Sad
  • Park Avenue Grille, They are pretty popular here in South Florida.
  • I love Famous Daves for BBQ which we have here in N. FL. I know when I lived down in South FL there was a place called Bobby Rubbinos(sp) that had really yummy ribs! I don't know if they are still around and the one I know of was in Pompano Beach .

  • Home-made is the way to go for me.

Just boil pork ribs in a pot of coca cola (it breaks down the muscle fibers more quickly) for 1-2 hours, then pull them out. Make sauce out of hoisin sauce (asian food aisle) and sriracha hot sauce depending on how spicy you want them. Then sprinkle s+p and garlic powder over ribs, then spread sauce all over them. Broil in oven for about 5 minutes. Minimal work and delicious with some rice and a salad. DH LOVES this recipe.

  • Montanas Steakhouse...absolutely delish. maybe you don't have one there tho...
  • Sonny's BBQ...I'm from Central FL now living in TX...Sonny's sounds so good now. It  looks like the closest ones to you are in Davie & Florida City....kinda far about 25+ miles away.

Here locally I'd say...Wetmore Smokehouse...best ever!!! Don't even need sauce they are that good.

    Now I want some ribs!!!
