recipe ideas for birthday party

Hi my ds will be 3 next month,was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what kinds of food to have,we usually always do hot dogs and hamburgers on grill but want to do something else this year,he's having a mickey mouse clubhouse party if that helps at all,thanks!!!

I always like to serve stuff that can mostly be made in advance, so:

sandwiches from the deli and homemade salad and sides

taco bar

have it later in the afternoon and just serve cake and ice cream with all the toppings

lasagna, salad, and garlic bread

make your own pizzas with pre-made mini crusts (maybe not for a lot of people, though because of bake time)

I always do cheesey potatoes in the crock pot. My mom always brings her famous macaroni salad. Then we have something hot and cold to go with it.
