Okay-- weird make up issue

Lately, no matter how much eye make up I apply, it just sort of sinks into my skin-- I have on bright green eyeliner today, and you cannot see it at all.

WTF? ?Anybody know what's up??

I second this primer.  it is awesome.  I am going to try the benefit mouse one when this one runs out.  I've been using it since dec.
