I was just wondering if anyone used just one crib with your twins or multiples at first and then later bought another one? I have been reading that its good to keep them together at first for a while.
I have heard of people doing this; we went ahead and bought both cribs (found a great deal), but plan on having them sleep in the same one early on because I had heard also that it was good to keep them together. Of course, this is what is "planned", who knows what will happen once they get here, lol.

We are debating the same over the same Q---I posted awhile back with a similar Q and got back a mix of 1 crib vs. 2 responses. Most moms said that you can do 1 crib up until a certain point (if I remember right, some said like until 6 mo. or 8 mo. or I even said 11 mo. I think), but then they moved onto sep. cribs.
I currently am registered for 2 cribs but we'll see...we have very limited space and so I was hoping to do 1 crib but ended up considering a 2nd one if, in time, we inevitably have to get them separate ones.
We bought 2 right off the bat and thank goodness we did! One of my girls was a scooter since day one! They were only able to stay in one crib for a week or so once my smaller one got home from the NICU 9 days after they were born. HTH!
