What's your nursery theme?

There are so many cute ideas out there it's hard to narrow it down!!  What did you guys end up doing in your nursery?  Would anyone like to share their pics?

Re: What's your nursery theme?

  • We did Dr. Seuss (mainly The Lorax). ?DH and FIL painted a mural on one wall that's a scene from the book. ?We bought the PBK Dr. Seuss sheets, but nothing else with the bedding set (too much $$) and the colors weren't what I was going for in the rest of the room.

After we decided on the nursery, we found out the twins are b/g so it works out perfectly unisex!!

I'll probably post pics later this evening after DH does the touch ups and it's all done. ??

  • We don't really have a theme.  It's pink and brown.  Some polka dots like the sheets and the fabric on the glider.  Nothing fancy.

    No theme at all.

  • I did pink and brown polka dots for the girl and blue and brown polka dots for the boy.  :)
    several failed cycles on clomid and lose dose injectibles, IUI #1 2009 - BFN IUI #2 2009 - BFP - boy/girl twins born at 31 weeks. IVF #1= BFN; FET #1 = c/p; FET #2 = c/p, FET #3 = negative, FET #4 = positive, baby stillborn at 24 weeks.
  • We don't really have a theme but it's bright and kind of funky.  There's a link to pics in my siggy.
  • We are doing airplanes for the boys - but not cartoony type airplanes.

We ordered a 4.5 foor real wooden propeller for above the closet, and some antique metal signs. The bedding we registered for are just blue a brown quilts. '
