We saw them when they were still at Valley Peds. My mom took my brother there and they were super mean and very rude. She switched practices and put a complaint in to the insurance company. Egos definately play a huge role there and the front office is horrible. She currently takes my bro (14yrs old) to Meadowbrook Peds. I take my DS to Tri-County Peds (Dr. Jaffee in particular).
