where to find nitrate free/low sodium lunch meat?

dd loooves turkey sandwhiches and hot dogs.. i dont like to give them to her all the time but considering her food allergies (see post below!) i am running out of ideas on "meals" for her. i heard of a brand that carries low sodium and nitrate free deli meat but dont rememeber the name.. anyone know?

Applegate farms does. I know I could eat this when DS was sensitive to dairy. Not sure about low sodium though as that wasn't an issue.

We use the Hormel Natural Choice deli meats.
