Budget stroller rec please

My sis is pg and we are going to let her use our travel system. This gives me an excuse to start window shopping strollers. I have a Safety 1st stroller right now that doesn't have the best steering, but has a lot of space under the seat for storage. I need something that isn't going to cost more than $100, have a lot of storage under the seat and have cup holders.I'd also like it to handle better than the one I have now.

Any ideas?

look at the kolcraft contours 4 or 3 wheeler... awesome stroller. its about 140 though... otherwise, go to albeebaby.com... they are having a good sale on strollers right now as well

I also second the Kolcraft Contours. I have the 3 wheeler and love it, but it is $150ish. Totally worth it.?

Stay far away from the Cosco Juvenille! My friend has it and I pushed her DS in it once...it was awful! I had to use all my strength just to turn a corner! I thought for sure the wheel lock must have been on. It wasn't!
